Bites, Buns & Bowls, And A Beer Garden, Coming To Vermilion

The rumors are true. Mayor Forthofer has confirmed that Joe Jesko and Jeremy Crawford, of The Pavilion Grill & Tavern, will be saving the old Burger King in Vermilion from demolition.

“After an inside and out renovation, the new restaurant will be named 3-B's...Bites, Buns And Bowls,” stated the mayor.

The restaurant will feature upscale, healthy, and hearty quick food. The cuisine will be rice based blended with fish, chicken and vegetables bites. Healthy burgers and bowls are also planned.

Jesko and Crawford are also planning an open air beer garden on the picturesque corner of Liberty and Vermilion Roads. Overlooking Romps, the Lagoons, the Vermilion River, and Linwood Park, they plan a garden of paved pathways, picnic tables, atmosphere lighting and their famous Pavilion Food Truck.

“Does it get any better?” said Mayor Forthofer. “These boys never sleep.”

Crawford and Jesko estimate 25 new jobs for the total project. They've leased the entire 2.35 acres of prime real estate from Linwood Park Company.

“They are getting to work on 3-B's immediately, with the Beer Garden planned for Spring 2021,” stated the mayor. “The City, Jesko and Crawford plan a walk through of the project to expedite planning and permits.”
