Collaborations and partnerships remain the keystone of any healthy community. That is why Mercy Health Lorain is furthering their partnership in Vermilion with hosting Mercy Health Night at the Varsity Sailor game this Friday, October 18.
The Friday night game will feature special giveaways, games and more as the Hospital system is proud to have been a long-time support of the Vermilion community and the future generation of community leaders educated within the district.
“We are grateful to have been part of this community for more than 125 years,” said Edwin Oley, market president of Mercy Health - Lorain. “The ministry has worked collaboratively with local schools to ensure the health and well-being of students, athletes, faculty and the community as a whole, are well, mind, body and spirit.” he added.
Mercy Health physicians provide on-field care for student athletes as well as services throughout the Vermilion community including primary care with walk-in services and more.
“Tonight, we celebrate the City of Vermilion, the school, the parents and those we are blessed to care for,” Said Oley.
