12 Proposed Tax Levy (Renewal)

Erie County General Health District

A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage. A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Erie County General Health District of Erie County and Lorain County for the purpose of providing the Board of Health of said health district with sufficient funds to carry out its health program at a rate not exceeding 0.3 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.03 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2019, first due in calendar year 2020.

14 Proposed Tax Levy (Additional)

Lorain County Joint Vocational School District

A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage.

An additional tax for the benefit of the Lorain County Joint Vocational School District, Lorain, Erie and Huron Counties, for the purpose of enlarging, improving or rebuilding at a rate not exceeding 0.66 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.066 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 10 years, commencing in 2019, first due in calendar year 2020.

Lorain County Criminal Justice Services

A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage.

An additional tax for the benefit of Lorain County for the purpose of Criminal Justice Services for support of the Crime/Drug Lab at a rate not exceeding 0.08 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.008 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2019, first due in calendar year 2020.
