A development company, DiGeronimo Companies, has purchased the 58 acre property and mansion on West Lake Road in Vermilion formerly owned by the drop ceiling inventor, Donald Brown. Brown, and his wife, died in a plane crash in 2010. DiGeronimo Companies is a full-scope developer.
