Annual Chocolate Festival

Friends of Ritter Public Library's annual Chocolate Festival takes place Saturday, February 3, 2024 during Vermilion's Ice-A-Fair. The public is invited to sample delicious homemade treats for just 50 cents a taste, then vote for their favorite and help crown the new Chocolate Champion. The event, which is a fundraiser for the Friends, runs from 9:30 am to noon and often sells out so don't be late!If you'd like to compete for the title, find an entry form at www.ritterpubliclibrary.org, or register in person at the library. Then prepare at least 4 dozen, sample-size servings and bring them - ready to serve - to the library at 5680 Liberty Avenue.
The Chocolate Festival is part of Vermilion's town-wide Ice-A-Fair, which features dozens of ice sculptures lining the streets downtown and ice carving demonstrations.
